What are your hours of service?
We offer flexible scheduling including weekends. Call us or send us an e-mail and we will assist you!

What areas do you cover for nutrition house calls?
Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Redmond *Not available for insurance patients.

Where are you located?
We are located in Bellevue and our office can be easily reached via 405 or 90.

Do you offer any package deals?

Yes, we offer two special package rates:

Nutrition Success Package:Includes-Initial Appointment-(75 minutes) and 3 Follow-up Appointments (30 minutes) $255.00

Nutrition Refresher: Includes-Initial Appointment-(75 minutes) and One Follow-up Appointment (45 minutes) $170.00


What are your rates?
Typical appointment costs:

Initial Appointment:(75 minutes)-$135.00

Follow-up Appointments:(45 minutes on average)-$75.00

Family Appointments:(90 minutes)-$225.00


Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do accept some insurance plans including; Aetna, Cigna, Premera, Regence, United HealthCare, and a few others. We are also are able to bill out-of-network claims at your request.


What is a Registered Dietitian?

The term Registered Dietitian (RD) indicates that an individual has met all the standards of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) to use this credential. In order to become a Registered Dietitian an individual must complete the following:

  1. Graduate with an undergraduate degree in nutrition from a school accredited by the American Dietetic Association.
  2. Obtain and complete an Internship (post graduation) at a facility accredited by the American Dietetic Association. (Completion can take up to one year)
  3. Take and pass a comprehensive examination administered by the American Dietetic Association.
  4. Keep current. All Registered Dietitians must complete 75 hours of continuing education credits every 5 years in order to keep their credentials.

**It is not uncommon for Registered Dietitians to have completed a Master's
Degree or PhD to further their knowledge of nutrition.

Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Nutriton and has been practicing in health care for over 11 years and also has experience in medical sales. She brings a fresh approach to nutrition and has been featured in a number of television programs both local and national.
